So, I had just finished lunch and was driving back to my brother-in-law's house (I'm in Lubbock visiting relatives), when I saw this:
I've seen the new C7s before but never up close, as they've always been driving the opposite way or I was in a hurry. I'll admit that I wasn't initially a fan of its new styling but after seeing it up close, it's starting to grow on me. Sorry for the picture quality, I only had the iPhone with me.

Saw it in British racing green, MOTHER OF GOD is it beautiful. This particular car was missing a roof, a pedal, and had wheels that were a little too shiny for me, though.

BRG Vette? YES
Auto, vert, and chavy wheels? No. No thank you.

Exactly. It was also $80k, which was absurd.

Yeah I saw your post. Amazing color for sure. If it had the Z51 pack and a manual it would be just about perfect.

There is one that I see on the expressway in this color all the time. So beautiful.

So glad they aren't color-coding their headlights anymore. Honda Fit, anyone?

I'm pretty sure it had the Z51 pack, but the auto ruined for me. At least I could play with the paddles on the steering wheel.

They also have not zero, not one, but two ELRs! They're never going to sell them!

Maybe it's a comparison play.
"ELR for $90k? No way, hosa. I'll be leaving that $20k in my pocket, along with the keys to that sweet green vette with the awesome wheels, thanks."

That sounds like the majority of the American population!
"Oh well, I'm here already I might as well just buy a car, even though they don't have one car I'm interested in. I'd rather not come back."

RHS wheels are backwards.

The fuck?! How did I not notice that?
I bet neither the future buyer or the dealership will notice either.

Well, they're not actually backwards. These particular wheels were just designed as one casting/forging at all 4 corners, instead of having the correct spin on each side, which would require 2 separate casting/forgings. It's cost saving. And it looks really dumb.
